This website is operated by HeavenCraft, a unit of Jiwan. Our registered details appear on the tax invoice issued with every order.

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery is quoted separately.

Product photographs are representative. Colours vary between screens, and specifications are as declared by the manufacturer — dimensions can differ slightly between production batches.

We correct errors in price or description when we find them. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order — because stock has run out, or the delivery address cannot be served — we will tell you and refund you in full.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
