Warranty

What the manufacturer covers, and how to make a claim.

Manufacturer warranty

Warranty terms are set by the manufacturer and differ between products — gas lifts, mechanisms, frames and upholstery are frequently covered for different periods. The applicable terms for a specific product are confirmed with your order.

Keep your invoice. It is the proof of purchase date that any claim is assessed against.

What a warranty does not cover

Normal wear, fabric fading, and damage from use the product was not designed for.

Damage from incorrect assembly, modification, or moving the item without dismantling it where dismantling is required.

Making a claim

Send your invoice number, photographs of the fault, and a short description of when it started to [email protected].

We handle the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf.
